Ocean Blue

Ocean Blue is the founding concern of Ocean Group Development — the real estate and property development arm that gave the group its name. Since 2011, Ocean Blue has focused on residential and commercial development across Rajshahi, with an emphasis on modern design, transparent dealings, and dependable delivery timelines.

As the parent entity, Ocean Blue Property Limited also oversees the group's broader portfolio, coordinating between concerns like Ocean Blue Hotel & Restaurant, Ocean Agro and Ocean Tours & Travel — all of which trace their roots back to this original venture.

Ocean Blue's flagship project underway right now is the Simla Park riverside development, on the banks of the Padma River in Rajpara, Rajshahi — an area declared a sanctuary zone by the Ministry of Environment, with 20 katha of land allocated for the venture.

Alongside this, Ocean Blue continues to support and coordinate the broader Ocean Group portfolio, from Ocean Blue Hotel & Restaurant's two branches to Ocean Agro's farmland in Bandarban.
